Students on OMA’s eligible lists for the 2026–27 Torneo Internacional de las Ciudades can register for its first round in Argentina. The organiser’s official registration form gives Wednesday, 14 October 2026 as the closing date and says unregistered students cannot sit the round on Monday, 19 October.
The form does not specify a closing hour or time zone. Submit before the final day where possible, and ask OMA about any uncertainty; do not assume a midnight cutoff.
Check eligibility before registering
The organiser’s 2026–27 information page identifies participants as students who qualified through the June 2026 Pretorneos. Check the official Juvenil list or Mayor list before filling in the form.
The form labels Juvenil as up to and including the tenth year of schooling, and Mayor as the eleventh year onwards. Use OMA’s category definitions and eligibility list rather than guessing from a school grade name.
Choose your venue and confirm the start time
- Buenos Aires: Universidad de Palermo, Cabrera 3507. OMA says a DNI is required to enter.
- Bariloche: Instituto Balseiro, Centro Atómico Bariloche, Av. Bustillo km 9,500.
- Córdoba: Colegio Nacional de Monserrat, Obispo Trejo 294.
- Rosario: Instituto Politécnico de la U.N.R.; entrance at Ayacucho 1667.
- Salta: the address is still to be confirmed on the information page.
There is a time difference to check: the registration form gives 14:00 for the round, while OMA’s venue page specifically says Bariloche begins at 13:00. Neither labels a time zone. Confirm your venue’s reporting and start time with the organiser, especially if you are travelling.
Before you press Submit
Have a parent or teacher help you check your name, category, venue and contact details. Enter personal information only in the organiser’s form. The form says a copy of the responses will be emailed to the address supplied; keep that confirmation and monitor the email address you give for tournament information.
OMA lists a second round for March 2027 and recommends participating in both rounds. This tournament entry does not itself establish selection for Argentina’s IMO team. Our Argentina selection guide explains the separate national route.
