Which round should I choose?

Use Round 1 for the first-stage style and Round 2 for the later invitational contest. Historical instructions describe how that particular paper was run; they are not current registration instructions. Read the New Zealand selection guide for the route and the organiser’s current calendar.

Reviewing your work

Keep a record of the problems you attempted, where you became stuck and which ideas you discovered. When reviewing, distinguish between finding an answer and proving that it works in every required case. For geometry, draw and label the configuration before reading a solution.
